    Loic D. Bonjour à partir de quelle taille tumoral doit on faire une chimiothérapie néo-adjuvante dans les TN et les HER2 + ? Autrement dit doit on le faire pour toutes les tumeurs pour ne pas méconnaître une réponse incomplète y compris pour les petites tumeurs ? Merci

      Mahasti S. La chimiothérapie néoadjuvante devrait être standard dès 20 mm et peut être discutée en fonction de l'âge et des co-morbidités dès 15mm voire pour des tumeurs plus petites car dans tous les cas les patientes avec des tumeurs de plus de 5 mm TN ou her2 +++ seront éligibles à de la chimiothérapie adjuvante à partir de 5 mm (même si en dessous de 20 mm la chimio adjuvante est souvent allégée par rapport aux protocoles néoadjuavnts) - .
