Non. Si la patiente a été sous antiPARP en 1ere ligne ("adjuvant") et qu'elle rechute à plus de 6 mois, il n'y a pas de preuve de l'intérêt de remettre sous antiPARP. Par contre il y a l'essai OREO (remise sous PARP ou placebo) qui évalue cette question actuellement et bientôt d'autres essais

Les PARPinh sont des drogues indispensables si BRCAm. Chez les BRCA sauvages c'est important aussi mais moins. A ce jour il faut etre prudent, ces drogues sont utiles pendant une ligne. Il n'y a aucune preuve que de redonner un PARP soit utile => essai OREO

dans le doute oui, il y a eu des cas. Ne serait ce que sur un mauvais echantillonage anapath. Il n'y a guère que les mucineux évidents pour lesquels on a pas de BRCA
